An earthquake measuring 3.8 on Richter scale jolted surrounding areas of Fareghan in Iran’s southern province of Hormozgan in the early hours of Sunday morning. According to the report of seismography center affiliated to Tehran University Geophysics Institute, the tremor’s epicenter was 27.75 degrees latitude and 56.74 degrees longitude. Another earthquake measuring 4.0 on Richter scale jolted Kaki in southern province of Bushehr in the early hours on Sunday. The seismography center said that the tremor’s epicenter was at 28.52 degrees latitude and 51.91 degrees longitude and in depth of 35 kilometers underground. There is no immediate report on possible casualties or damage from the two earthquakes.
