A fire broke out at auxiliary building at Japan's Genkai nuclear plant in Saga Prefecture on Tuesday but it was put out by plant workers with fire extinguishers, its operator Kyushu Electric Power Co. told Kyodo.
The incident caused no injury and no outside leakage of radioactivity, according to the utility.
