Small 3.8 quake felt in SoCal desert

Another small earthquake tipping magnitude 3.0 jiggled rural Southern California Sunday morning, seismologists said. The magnitude 3.8 shaker was recorded 18 miles from Barstow around dawn, following up a 3.2 quake that struck in the same area three days ago. The U.S. Geological Survey said the quake occurred at a shallow depth of roughly 1 mile. The Los Angeles Times had no immediate reports of damage or injuries in the sparsely populated desert area.e t
