Colombian president, rival Zuluaga face run-off vote

Colombian opposition candidate Oscar Zuluaga led President Juan Manuel Santos in elections on Sunday but the rivals will head to a June 15 runoff vote, preliminary votes showed. With 84 percent of ballots counted, Zuluaga had 29 percent of the votes compared to 25.5 percent for Santos, both failing to get an outright majority needed to avoid a second round.
