DR Congo and M23 rebels resume peace talks

The government of the Democratic Republic of Congo and M23 rebels restarted peace talks Tuesday following an ultimatum set by regional leaders, the chief mediator said. "The peace talks have resumed and we expect to make a lot of progress," said Ugandan Defence Minister Crispus Kiyonga, who is chairing the talks at a lakeside resort near Kampala.
