ESA: Low-battery comet probe alive and uploading data

Europe's comet probe Philae was sending science data to Earth late Friday, said mission controllers who had feared its battery may run out before it could make final contact.
"Stable comms w/ @Philae now reestablished - telemetry & science data are flowing from the surface" of comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko, the European Space Agency posted on its Twitter feed.
