French gunman suspect Dekhar invokes 'right to remain silent'

Abdelhakim Dekhar, the suspect arrested over this week's shootings in Paris, has chosen to remain silent during initial questioning in police custody, his lawyer told AFP. "Not having access to his case file, my client has chosen for now to invoke his right to remain silent," said Remi Lorrain. Dekhar was detained on Wednesday and authorities have been granted an extra 24 hours to keep him in custody.
