French president condemns barbaric beheading of US journalist

France's President Hollande on Tuesday spoke of his "horror" following the apparent beheading of a second US journalist after a video was released by Islamic State militants.
In a statement, Hollande said: "This barbaric act, following the assassination of another journalist James Foley reveals the despicable nature" of the Islamic State.
