Iran, world powers start nuclear talks

Iran and six world powers began talks late Wednesday seeking a breakthrough in the decade-old standoff over Tehran's nuclear programme, an AFP journalist said. Representatives from Iran and the United States, China, Russia, France, Britain and Germany were meeting in Geneva for the third time since the election of Iranian President Hassan Rouhani in June.
