Kerry arrives in Israel for talks on Iran, peace process

US Secretary of State John Kerry arrived in Tel Aviv on Wednesday for the first time since world powers struck a nuclear deal with Iran that angered Israel, and amid renewed efforts to broker an Israeli-Palestinian peace deal. The two issues are expected to dominate meetings which Kerry is to hold Thursday with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas, according to American diplomats travelling with the secretary of state.
