Mubarak to stay in prison pending judicial order

Egypt's ousted president Hosni Mubarak will remain in detention until the judiciary orders his release, state media reported Tuesday after a court overturned a three-year prison sentence and ordered a retrial.
Mubarak, currently detained in a military hospital, will not be released without a decision by the prosecution or the court that will retry him, the official MENA news agency quoted a security official as saying.
