Police: 1 dead after Copenhagen shooting

One man was on Saturday confirmed dead by police after a shooting in Copenhagen outside a building where a debate on Islam and freedom of speech was taking place.
Three police officers were wounded attempting to protect those inside the venue, police added in a statement. French ambassador Francois Zimeray, who was at the debate, told AFP the attack had "the same intention as Charlie Hebdo", referring to the killings at the satirical newspaper in Paris last month.
