Rehn: France still needs to do much more on economic reforms

France, struggling for growth, must push ahead with economic reforms to restore its competitive position, EU Economic Affairs Commissioner Olli Rehn said Friday. France "has made progress but there is still much more to be done in restoring competitiveness," Rehn said, citing the country's high labour costs as one issue.
