Turkey formally opens Bosphorus sea tunnel

Turkey on Tuesday formally opened a tunnel under the Bosphorus Strait, the world's first underwater link between two continents. The ambitious construction project -- dubbed "the project of the century" by the government -- links Istanbul's European and Asian sides and cost around three billion euros ($4.1 billion).
