Twitter to list Thursday at $26 a share

Twitter will list at $26 a share on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday, the microblogging service announced. The company said it would offer 70 million shares at the listed price, amounting to $1.82 billion, but granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 10.5 million shares of common stock, which would take the total value to around $2.1 billion.
