UN chief in surprise visit to Libyan capital

UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon arrived in the Libyan capital on Saturday for a surprise visit, a source in the UN mission in the country said.
Ban was due to meet political parties in a bid to bolster talks aimed at ending spiralling unrest in the North African nation, according to the source.
