Ministry of Housing today handed over housing contracts to 134 beneficiaries of Al-Barhama project and 114 ones of Muharraq Block 207, Assistant Undersecretary for Housing Policies and Services, Dr. Khalid Al-Heidan
Dr. Al-Heidan said that the move comes in the framework of the ministry's approach developed to coincide with the implementation of 2012 housing plan, which stipulates the allocation of housing units on an electronic map during the construction stages, providing that beneficiaries shall receive the housing units after the completion of the project
He added that Barhama and Muharraq 207 Block areas are ready to receive beneficiaries after all infrastructure and services have been established there.
He noted that the allocation of housing projects comes within the ministry's allocation and distribution programme of 6166 housing units, which will witness a noticeable acceleration to ensure delivering the housing units to the beneficiaries as soon as possible.
