
The Presidential Committee for Coordination of Goods Entry into Gaza Strip said that 500 trucks laden with goods, assistance, construction materials have been allowed to enter Gaza.
The head of committee Raed Fattouh told the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) that the trucks allowed through the Karem Bu Salem land crossing point are laden with goods for the agricultural, commercial and transportation sectors as well as assistance.
Fattouh added that 100 of these trucks were laden with construction materials for UN-assisted projects and 150 truckloads of gravel for road network infrastructures, in addition to pumping of quantities of fuel.
The Karem Bu Salem land crossing point is the sole leeway for commodities, assistance and fuel importation into Gaza Strip.
