
Board chairman of the British Egyptian Business Association (BEBA) Sameh Seif Al Yazal described on Monday the British market as very important for Egypt, pointing out that Britain is the second investor in Egypt after Saudi Arabia.
In statements to MENA on Monday on the sidelines of a breakfast hosted by Egypt's Ambassador to Britain Nasser Kamel for a British delegation under British Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs Tobias Ellwood, Al Yazal stressed the importance of British companies' participation in the economic conference due to be held in Sharm el Sheih next month.
He said a delegation of the association will visit London in July to follow up the outcome of the British business delegation's visit to Egypt last month.
On terrorism, he hailed President Abdel Fattah el Sisi's recent measures to fight the phenomenon
