
Alexandria Governor Mohamed Abdel Zaher, Commander of the Northern Military Zone Mohamed El Zamalot and a number of members of Businessmen Association inspected on Monday the work progress in Ghait Al Enab area and the Armed Forces Club square in the area.
The project comes as pat of efforts by the governorate and the Armed Forces to develop the slums in the coastal governorate, the governor said.
The project is planned to be finalized later in April. It includes 17 buildings with 1,632 housing units that are built on 12.3 feddans, he added.
The project will also include the establishment of a hospital, mosque, market and other public facilities, he concluded.
