Public Works and Transportation Minister Ghazi Aridi met Wednesday with Agriculture Minister Hussein Hajj Hassan and Deputy Nawar Al-Sahili with talks touching on developmental affairs for Baalbek, Hermel region. Aridi also tackled with Deputy Ali Ammar the dreadful conditions of fishermen. Also, both men discussed the necessity of rehabilitating Beirut suburbs' roads devastated by rain and floods. The Minister later skimmed through political issues and developmental affairs with former Minister Youssef Saadeh. On another note, the Public Works Minister will hold at 4:00 this afternoon a meeting for taxi drivers syndicate after the increase of public transportation fees.
