
Under the auspices of Labour Minister also the Higher Vocational Training Council's Chairman Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, Masters International has organized a Human Resources Development Forum titled: "You are the secret of change" yesterday evening. The Ministry's Assistant Undersecretary for Training Affairs Ridha Ahmed Hubail stressed the significance of training and its role in pushing forwards the wheel of development in the Kingdom of Bahrain, pointing out that the Ministry continues to implement its strategy aimed to boost qualification of human resources commensurate with the requirements of the labour market requirements and increase productivity in the private sector facilities. In order to achieve this strategy, the Ministry promoted the concepts and values of work and launched various initiatives aimed to boost capacity of the labour market, he said. The Ministry considers the private sector a strategic partner in most of its initiatives and projects in terms of training and recruitment. The Assistant Undersecretary affirmed the Ministry's continual efforts aimed to develop private sector institutes and training centres and to achieve advanced professionalism as well as enhance the Kingdom's position as a regional training hub.
