
The Bahrain Quality Society (BQS) will hold the Six Sigma Forum on September 24 and 25, with the participation of an elite of specialists from all over the world.
The event will be held under the patronage of the Minister of State for Defence Affairs Lieutenant General Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, BQS Honorary President.
BQS said that organisational and logistical preparations would be completed soon in order to ensure the success of the event, adding that the massive participation of ministries, companies and institutions from inside and outside Bahrain is a living proof of the growing awareness of the Bahraini decision-makers on the need to improve the quality of services and products in the public and private sectors and consolidate the competitive potentials of institutions, in accordance with the Kingdom's Economic Vision, 2030.
The event will attract prominent quality experts and specialists from all over the world, including US guru Charles Aubrey, a winner of Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and an expert in executive coaching, a leading consultant and a specialist in strategic leadership and planning, customer and employees’ satisfaction and Six Sigma.
The BQS is hosting Six Sigma for the second year in a row as part of the government's keenness to provide world-standard high-quality services.
This year's edition will include meetings, lectures and workshop at the premises of the participating companies and ministries in order to achieve optimum benefits.
