
Minister of Industry and Commerce Zayed R. Alzayani has visited CPIC Abahsain Fiberglass at the Bahrain International Investment Park in Salman Industrial City.
The Minister met the Board Chairman Khawaja Maqsood and General Manager Xun Du, who briefed him about the factory’s activities that started its operations in 2008 with investments worth BD24 million.
The company is one of many major industrial companies in Salman Industrial City, in which the government and all official bodies are dedicated to facilitate their activities to develop economic and services sectors in Bahrain, he said.
The meeting discussed the company’s expansion plan aiming to increase the productivity to 300,000 tons annually.
