Deputy Premier and Chairman of the Ministerial Committee for Services and Infrastructure Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa stated the number of stalled real estate projects in the kingdom reached four.
Speaking as he patronised here today the second edition of the Bahrain Property Development Exhibition (BaPDEX) 2014, he said that the issue of all stalled projects will be addressed during 2015.
He added that Royal Decree on stalling real estate projects will be issued soon to protect investors and ensure their rights, and protect real estate developers, as well, noting that the new law will put forward a clear framework for such projects in order to boost confidence in the real estate market in the kingdom.
He pointed out that such exhibitions offer an opportunity to launch more real estate development projects that meet the needs of the citizens, investors and real estate developers.
