
Industry and Commerce Minister Dr. Hassan Fakhro affirmed the Government's keenness and efforts to develop and boost Kingdom’s relations with various countries of the world.
The Minister cited Government plans represented by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to organize various events and programs designed to achieve these aspirations, and the important visits by Bahraini delegations to these countries.
This came during the 4th meeting held by the Minister to follow up arrangements ahead of the business delegation's upcoming visit to Sri Lanka based on the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, The meeting was attended by several businessmen and investors and from Ministry's side Undersecretary for Commerce Affairs Nader Al Moayyed attended.
The Minister praised the advance mutual relation between the Kingdom and Sri Lanka, which contributes in enhancing mutual visits and programs and economic activities carried out by both countries to develop these relations and upgrade then to the desired level.
Dr. Fakhro has expressed in this context, Leadership and Government appreciation for all contributions and initiatives of the private sector in the Kingdom and their cooperation with the government, which had a positive impact on developing Bahrain’s foreign relations, enhancing trade exchange and attracting overseas investments and projects to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
