Bahraini industry minister patronises customer service conference

Industry and Commerce Minister Dr. Hassan bin Abdullah Fakhro is scheduled to patronise the Third Regional Conference on the theme: "Excellent Customer Service: Dazzling Customer Service Revolution" in mid-October.
The Kingdom hosts international expert Shepard Hayken to lecture as keynote speaker during the conference activities.
The event is part of a series of conferences organized by Origin Consultancy Group. The theme was meticulously chosen commensurate with local and regional market needs for similar programmes activities.
