Bahraini labour minister presented a PhD thesis copy

Labour Minister and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan received the Director of LMRA's Transactions Department Dr. Khalid Abdulrahman, in the presence of LMRA's Chief Executive Officer Ausamah Abdulla Al Absi.
Dr. Khalid Abdulrahman presented the Minister with a copy of his PhD thesis in the impact of leadership patterns on the organisational development process through managing the change in application on labour markets regulatory authorities in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The Minister commended Dr. Abdulrahman's exerted efforts in compiling this thesis, which included valuable recommendations, wishing him success in resuming his studies.
The thesis included a number of recommendations about leading positions and guidelines to top achievements within authorities, along with providing the optimal ways of dealing with employees.
