
Labour Minister, Jameel bin Mohammed Humaidan, today received Lulu Hypermarket Regional Director, Juzer Taha, and underscored the Ministry's diversified initiatives aim to sustain the growth of labour market and providing more job opportunities for citizens.
The minister said that the retail sector has witnessed a great leap in growth and job creation as a result of government's support and policy of economic openness.
He pointed out the role of Lulu Hypermarket and other major commercial centers in hiring Bahraini labour who have completed the Labour Ministry's rehabilitation programmes.
Lulu Hypermarket Regional Director lauded Bahrain's investment environment, labour laws and the advanced training strategies followed, looking forward to broadening cooperation with the Labour Ministry.
