Minister of Supply and Internal Trade Khaled Hanafi appreciated the role played by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in backing the development process in Egypt.
Flanked by Sultan al Jaber, the UAE minister in charge of development projects in Egypt during the launch of Amria grain silo, the minister said the UAE projects provided many job opportunities for youth, adding the silo is part of 25 silos for storing grains at investments of 300 million pounds.
Hanafi said the new silo project will back the logistic grain center due to be established in Damietta to secure Egypt's strategic stock of grains.
