Egypt army operates buses to cope with transport fare

In a bid to alleviate the financial burdens on citizens, the Armed Forces have operated a number of army buses to ferry citizens in Giza from 6.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
The army is seeking to reduce harms resulting from an uncontrolled increase in transport fare after the rise in oil prices, Chief of Staff Sedki Sobhy said.
