
The Finance Ministry auctioned bonds at a total value of EGP 4.750 billion, said minister Hani Qadri on Monday.
In an online statement, the ministry said it sold EGP 3 billion of 5-year and EGP 1.750 million of 10-year.
A coupon of 12.568% was offered on the 5-year bonds (maturing on February 14, 2020). The yield ranged from 12.598% to 12.538%.
It also sold 10-year bonds (maturing on February 3, 2025) that had a coupon of 14.266%. The yield ranged from 14.350% to 14%.
