
The Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS) said Saturday that Egypt's exports to the Nile basin countries during August reached dlrs 96.154 million up from dlrs 83.398 million in the same month of the past year.
CAPMAS, in its monthly report a copy of which received by MENA, said the volume of Egypt's imports from the Nile basin countries decreased to dlrs 25,796 million in August against dlrs 43.070 million in the same period of the past year.
Egypt's exports to the Nile basin countries topped by Sudan as they reached dlrs 39.217 million, followed by Kenya with dlrs 24.121million, Ethiopia with dlrs 13.779 million and Uganda with dlrs 232,000 million.
