
Egypt exports of natural gas totaled 192 million dollars in August against 119 million during the same month last year, according to a report on Economic and Social Indicators released by the state-run Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC). Egypt produced 3564,000 tons of natural gas in August, an 8.43 percent drop from the previous year's 3892,000 tons, according to the report. Domestic consumption of natural gas went down by 3.64 percent, registering 3365,000 tons against 3492,000 tons in the same period last year, added the report
