
Investment Minister Ashraf Salman discussed here Sunday with Jordanian Industry, Trade and Supply Minister Maha Ali and the delegation accompanying her, means of cooperation in the information exchange and expertise in investment field.
They also discussed on the sidelines of the Business for Africa, Egypt and the World forum, the necessity of capitalizing on international agreements signed between the two countries and their international partners
The mission of the governments is to pave the way for Egyptian and Jordanian companies and businessmen to seek mutual cooperation, especially in top priority industries and activating stalled agreements, Salman said in statements to MENA.
Meanwhile, Salman asked for holding meetings between Egyptian businessmen and their Jordanian counterparts to discuss potential cooperation.
The meeting also aimed at transferring Egyptian expertise in a number of industries, including fertilizers and phosphates manufacturing.
