Minister of Trade and Industry Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour issued on Sunday a decision reforming Egypt's side at the Egyptian-UAE Business Council.
The new formation will be chaired by Head of Etisalat Egypt Gamal el Sadat.
"Along with Sadat, a number of competencies and experts were appointed in the membership of the council to boost cooperation between Egypt and the United Arab Emirates," the minister said.
According to the second article of the decision, the chairman of the Egyptian side should submit a biannual report to the trade and industry minister on the plans and activities carried out by the council.
"The Egyptian embassies and commercial offices should also facilitate the work of the council and provide it with all needed information," the article added.
