Egypt, Sudan sign agricultural cooperation agreement

Egypt and Sudan signed a cooperation agreement in the agricultural investment field, under which an Egyptian company will cultivate 18,000 feddans in Sudan’s Al Jazirah state.
Al Jazirah mayor Mohamed Taher Ella welcomed Egyptian investments in the East Nile project in the state, saying he hopes the project becomes a model for agricultural investment.
