Minister of Trade and Industry Munir Fakhry Abdel Nour on Thursday revealed that an Egyptian businessman has requested the Ethiopian authorities to allocate an industrial zone for Egyptian investors.
On the sidelines of the fifth Egyptian-Ethiopian businessmen forum, Abdel Nour asserted that the Ethiopian government exerts great efforts to remove obstacles that hinder the work of the Egyptian investors.
He added that the two countries are seeking more trade exchange and two-way investments.
Ethiopia's Industry Minister Ahmed Abitew, for his part, pointed out that the forum is a great chance to create a genuine partnership between Cairo and Addis Ababa.
