
A delegation of Egyptian busiessmen led by Dr Ali Al-Qorai, head of the Egyptian side in the Egyptian-Thai Business Council, will embark on a four-day visit to Thailand.
Egypt's Ambassador in Bangkok Ismail Khairat said the delegation will take part in Bangkok International Fair and meet with a number of Thai organizers with the aim of discussing trade exchange between the two countries.
The volume of trade exchange between Egypt and Thailand has been put at dlrs 700 million at the period from January till August, according to data released by the Thai Ministry of Commerce.
The ambassador made it clear that the Egyptian delegation will meet with representatives of the Thai federation of industries for talks on enhancing cooperation, exchanging data and promoting Egyptian exports to Thailand.
