Egypt's Cabinet approves bill on Commercial Registry

The cabinet approved a bill presented by the president on modifying some articles of law no. 34 for 1976 on the Commercial Registry.
The cabinet, in its weekly meeting under Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab, approved the bill as part of efforts to facilitate measures to join the Commercial Registry.
The bill maintains allowing foreigners to join the Commercial Registry as partners to at least one Egyptian national who has the right to management and signature individually or among foreign partners.
