
The Cabinet held its weekly meeting on Wednesday under Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab to discuss a set of economic, political, social and security files.
The cabinet followed up the implementation of mega national projects, issues of concern to citizens, preparations for the parliamentary elections and Egypt's economic conference in March.
The cabinet will also review a report on security conditions and beefing up security measures during celebrations of Christmas, new year and Prophet Mohammad's birthday anniversary (el Mould el Nabawi).
The cabinet will also probe the efforts exerted to lure foreign investments and preparations for "Egypt ..The Future" conference set for March 13 in the Red Sea resort of Sharm El Sheikh
