
Egypt's Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry on Friday met with Czech's Minister of Industry and Trade Jan Mládek, said Foreign Ministry spokesman Badr Abdel Aati.
The meeting took up means to enhance trade and economic relations between Cairo and Prague, the spokesman added.
Shoukry, currently on an official visit to Czech, briefed Mládek on the economic reforms introduced by the Egyptian government to lure more foreign investments.
The two ministers agreed on promoting tourism cooperation between their countries, as well as increasing the number of Czech tourists visiting Egypt.
Mládek, for his part, stressed his country's aspiration to deepen economic cooperation with Egypt, Abdel Aati concluded.
