
Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab met on Saturday with head of Aga Khan Foundation Prince Karim Aga Khan, Cabinet Spokesman Hossam el Qawish said.
The meeting was attended by the social solidarity and antiquities ministers and Cairo governor.
During the meeting, Mahlab hailed efforts and projects implemented by Aga Khan Foundation in Egypt.
He pointed out to the possibility to sign a cooperation protocol between the government and the foundation that aims to enable the foundation to carry out maintenance works in mosques.
Prince Aga Khan thanked the premier for his government’s efforts to facilitate measures for the foundation as well as the civil society.
