Giant LNG carrier arrives in Sokhna Port

Sokhna Port received on Friday a huge liquefied natural gas (LNG) carrier within intense security measures, Spokesman for the Red Sea Ports Authority Abdel Rehim Mostafa said.
In a press release, he added that a celebration is expected to be held as the port received such a giant ship.
During the current month, a number of LNG carriers are expected to be received in order to operate the power plants as well as the factories in the area, he further said.
All required measures were taken in the port to receive the carriers, he underlined.
