
Housing Minister, Eng. Bassim bin Yacoub Al-Hamar, today received MPs Adil Al-Assomi, Hamad Al-Dosari, Nabil Al-Balushi, Mohammad Al-Marifi, and Southern Governorate Municipal member Yusuf Al-Sabagh
Future and under construction residential projects and ways of strengthening cooperation between the Ministry of Housing and the House of Representatives and municipal councils to achieve the housing plan objectives were discussed in the meeting.
The minister reviewed efforts to implement the ministry's 2012 housing plan aims at providing housing units in Bahrain, in addition to the establishment of a partnership with the private sector to contribute to meeting the citizens' housing waiting lists.
MPs and municipal member praised the ministry's efforts in providing housing units for citizens, asserting cooperation with the ministry to achieve the strategic housing plan.
