
The improvement of the overall business climate and the facilitation of business creation conditions were the main focus of debates of the first day of the Global Entrepreneurship Week in Algeria (GEW 2014).
The participants in GEW, which is taking place simultaneously from November 17 to 23 in 145 countries in the world including Algeria, highlighted the necessity to stabilize the business environment and encourage young project holders.
In a speech addressed at the opening of this event themed “Entrepreneurial Ecosystem,” the minister of industry and mining Abdessalem Bouchouareb underlined that the entrepreneurial ecosystem depends on interrelated factors, from infrastructures to financing.
Underlining the important role played by the public authorities in supporting small enterprises, the minister noted that the action of government aims at deploying every effort to ensure that the relaunching of national economy is carried out by Algerian youth.
