Minister of Interior Hussein Al Majali said that the Jordanian-Kuwaiti ties are constantly evolving, thanks to the support received by the two countries' leaderships.
At a meeting with Kuwaiti Ambassador to Jordan Hamad Daij, the minister said the developments in the Middle East require closer coordination between the two countries, mainly in security and police fields. He also noted the need to bolster cooperation in these fields in order to enhance security and stability in the region.
Jordan, the minister affirmed, is keen to provide all forms of support and hospitality to Kuwaitis residing in the Kingdom, while noting Kuwait's stances and the support it provided to Jordan.
The minister called for more Kuwaiti investments in the Kingdom to build on the close and fraternal bilateral ties.
The Kuwaiti ambassador, meanwhile, valued the strong bonds between Kuwait and Jordan, noting that these ties reflected positively on the two countries and their peoples.
