Israeli reopens Karam Abu Salem crossing to allow commodities into Gaza Strip

Israeli authorities on Wednesday reopened Karam Abu Salem crossing after its closure on Tuesday under the pretext of the Israeli parliamentary elections.
Head of the Commodities Coordination Committee in Gaza said 640 trucks are scheduled to enter the enclave.
As many as 118 trucks laden with construction materials and 150 trucks laden with gravel will also be allowed via the crossing.
Karam Abu Salem is the only commercial crossing for commodities to Gaza Strip.
