In implementation of the directives of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, the Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation has officially launched its critical infrastructure renovation in the city of Novi Pazar in Serbia, at a cost of Dh30 million.
In a speech on the occasion, the Serbian Prime Minister, Aleksandar Vucicr, expressed his thanks to the UAE and its leadership, represented by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, for the humanitarian efforts, saying that the programme will enhance the success of the health and education sectors in his country, adding that the facilities had been built to a five-star level and designed using the latest engineering and technical methods.
An official source at the Khalifa Foundation said that work on these vital facilities was carried out in record time since beginning in April. The buildings were completed in just eight months and based on the highest engineering and technical standards.
