
Kuwait Red Crescent Society (KRCS) has continued delivery of aid provisions to the traumatized people in Gaza Strip to help ease their suffering.
The KRCS continued support has lately taregted 3,000 families in Gaza Strip through distributing humanitarian aid including food, mattresses and blankets in Deir Al-Balah, Khan Younis, Sheikh Radwan, Beit Hanon, Al-Maghraqah, Jabalia and al-Bureij, Deputy Chairman of KRCS Anwar Al-Hasawi told KUNA.
The Kuwaiti humanitarian aid is meant to alleviate the woes and suffering of the Palestinian people, he pointed out.
Al-Hasawi added that the society vowed to support and ease sufferings of victims in Gaza, responding to the calls of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah to provide humanitarian aid to them.
A nearly month-long devastating Israeli offensive on Gaza has left 1,900 Palestinians dead and over 9,000 wounded, it has also destroyed totally or partially thousands of homes and public facilities in the tiny densely-populated strip.
